• Member may engage the services of non-accredited hospitals and physicians of his/her choice subject to
reimbursement up to 80% of Fortune CARE rates
EMERGENCY ROOM BENEFITS
• Standard Emergency Care benefit
• Emergency Local Ambulance to nearest facility
• Worldwide Emergency Assistance
• Emergency Overseas Coverage: Worldwide coverage is included for 180 days only of accumulated (not more
than 30days per trip) stay or travel overseas during the contract year. 80% reimbursement shall be subject to
80% of medical expenses incurred based on the currently applicable Fortune Care rates.
